It was on a very busy road so lots of traffic and road noise. The house was well stocked and had everything you would need. But only if the other renters in the other houses respect and do not leave the gates open to your own private space. That is not on the property owners, but only on folks who do not respect others by not picking up dog poo and leaving gates closed when they leave. short of this, the property is perfect. House was great- the big family room, dining room and kitchen made for a super nice place to gather in between beachy activities. Kid toys really made it easy to entertain kiddos during some downtime and slow mornings. And we were so happy to be able to also bring our fur baby. Traffic was a tad loud because of the location, but didn’t disturb the kids in the night. One neighbor was super nice and waved at our kiddo from the small tractor he was using. Only constructive feedback is the "shower" setup is kind of a hazard, meaning taking a shower invites water to get on the floor (amazing water pressure), so we opted for baths.
