The positive is on the location and price.
Negatives: moldy smell, slippery, wet floors. No locks on balcony sliding door. Broken locks on entry door (dead bolt and safety latch). Unable to securely lock adjoining room door. Improperly working overhead entry light. Dimly lit parking areas.

Overall an excellent stay. Glad we asked for a higher floor to appreciate the view. We were initially on the first floor. Changing the room assignment added an additional 15min to check in. It was worth the wait.
