Londonderry Vacation Packages

We came for a funeral. The minute we checked in the front desk staff was not very helpful or welcoming. The room was good. The breakfast is excellent. The next day our room was not cleaned we informed the front desk and she was very combative, condescending, and unhelpful. She knows nothing about customer service. We tracked down housekeeping to make sure the following day we would get housekeeping and she yelled at us in Spanish and kept pointing to her board and using Google Translate we concluded she did our room is not on the list. We were staying there for days and have kids so not cleaning the room was not an option. We did get them to finally clean at 2pm and when we said it was late in the day again that same front desk persons said in her condescending manner the hotel was fully booked. This entire thing stressed us out. Every day the keys did not work and we had to re key the room key. That same lady at first blamed up for the key not working and the guy at night didn’t desk was sure that we didn’t know how to use the key- NO the key didn’t work it deactivated so that mean we have to face the rude front desk every time. We came for a funeral so this stressed us out! The room was not cleaned properly and we have pics to show they didn’t clean the bathroom. They just made the bed.. didn’t replenish the towels so we had to go ask for towels and shampoo. I would NEVER stay here again! They need to hear what customer service, hotel clearness is.

What an absolutely fabulous inn! Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful, the animals are well cared for, beautiful grounds, the food is incredible!! Comfortable beds, extremely clean... I could go on and on. Probably the nicest and best value out of any place I've stayed in recent years. We will 100% return to stay and also plan to dine at the restaurant more often. And we will be telling friends and family. Well done, to the owners and all the staff!!!

The hotel it appears must have recently been renovated. It was clean. The breakfast was enough. That being said, coming off the noisy elevator, there were no signs on the wall indicating which way to proceed for the rooms. Do I go right or left for room #309? The ice machine was broken on the second floor. While our room was clean the bathroom ceiling light was broken and there was no ceiling light in the bedroom area. There was one mirror only - in the bathroom. Also inasmuch as the AC was working, the room felt extremely humid. The breakfast buffet was Ok. Scrambled eggs or fried egg, sausages and pancakes or French toast along with mini muffins, bagels, bread, cereal, yogurt and a fresh fruit. Nothing outstanding but enough. Given a choice not sure we’d stay here again.
