Originally booked this casino for the pool, but the pool was closed for maintenance until May. But you were allowed to go to the linqs or the flamingo. They allowed us to upgrade our room, but when we got to our room, it smelled like someone had smoked in it. We alerted them so we would not be charged for it, but that smell never left the room. The only thing that was really bad was the bed was super hard.

We had no hot water for 5 of the 6 nights of our stay. We were working the Clark County Fair and Rodeo. Long days covered in dust and sweat led to some rough evenings and cold showers. The gas station attendants who are only responsible for check-in have no power to help and are “not authorized” ...
