We were not allowed to use pool or hot tub as advertised. It was closed. It was stated that the owner did not have the permit. Carpet was all wet by ac unit in room. Tiolet seat was loose and moved . Rooms were very clean and very nice but tables at breakfast were dirty. They seemed under staffed. Front desk clerk had to run breakfast too.

The staff at the front desk was great, no complaints there. The major complaint is that I emailed both the manager and general manager and got no response whatsoever. The property is nice.

The Southern hospitality and Aggie Spirit is no joke here! Best service and friendliest staff we have ever encountered. And this hotel? One of the best I have ever stayed in! Hoping my soon chooses to go to Texas A&M so I can continue to stay there every time I visit! (We were on a college tour) I 100% recommend this hotel!
