The Space:  
The bright and elegant studio apartment is located on the third floor and has accommodations for four people. It is an ideal option for families, couples or groups traveling together. The interior is modernly decorated, and stylish accessories lighten the atmosphere. Two of the accommodations are on a double double bed located in a specially designated sleeping area, while another two are in the living area on a double sofa bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped and is perfect for preparing delicious meals. It contains, among other things, an induction cooktop, an oven and a dishwasher. During warmer days, you can relax on the fully equipped balcony and enjoy your morning coffee. In the living area there is a desk along with a chair, which will be perfect for remote work. Each room guarantees access to high-speed WiFi. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, soft towels and a special set of free toiletries. The washing machine placed in it will certainly come in handy during longer stays. Additional multimedia amenities include a flat-screen TV with SmartTV+ access. This is an ideal place to relax and learn about the interesting culture of Lodz.

It is an ideal choice for those who appreciate the convenience of city life, while wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Only a two-minute walk separates guests from the nearest grocery store, making daily shopping extremely convenient. A seven-minute walk away is a restaurant ideal for a romantic dinner or a gathering with friends. Lovers of coffee and sweet treats will appreciate the fact that in just 10-12 minutes you can walk to the nearby café and the city's most famous street full of various shopping, service and dining establishments. It takes only 11-16 minutes to reach the train station and the airport, making the location extremely convenient for both business and private travelers. In addition, the car route to the bowling alley and tennis court can be covered in 7-11 minutes - giving a wide range of possibilities.
