  • This is a vacation rental in the modern Bernsteinquartier residence, furnished in a maritime style and completed in late 2023, offering a magnificent view of the beautiful Lake Kölpinsee from the balcony. The apartment is located right next to the Kölpinsee train station on Usedom (150 metres away), making it easy to travel there by train.

    The penthouse apartment is accessible via an elevator. It features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a modern and comfortable pull-out couch in the living room with a flat-screen TV, as well as an accessible shower room and an open, well-equipped Nolte kitchen.
