The four houses in the holiday complex were newly built in 2018 and combine high-quality equipment with great comfort. The attic apartment in the beach gull house is 65 m² and invites up to 4 people to spend their vacation there. The apartment is modern and furnished with attention to detail. The elegantly furnished living room impresses with an open, high-quality kitchen with all technical equipment, a comfortable dining area and access to the 4.5 m² balcony with seating. Floor-to-ceiling window elements ensure a friendly room climate. The apartment has a master bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds each 80x190 cm. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower. The outdoor area is equipped with wellness loungers, a central grill fireplace and a covered seating area. For the little guests there is a trampoline, a table tennis table, a swing and a play house. A parking space is located directly at the house.
