We had the small plates for dinner because the restaurant was booked full but our small plate dishes were excellent. Quite frankly I would have the small plates for dinner rather than a full dinner. "We had a lovely time here at the highland Hydro Hotel. The staff were excellent, friendly and eager to help! Zultan, Lima, Yasara and a young chap in the restaurant were all superb and definitely assets for your hotel! The pool was my favorite place to be, we will return! Our room was large, clean and very comfortable! Even our dog was made feel very welcome! (Loved the doggy food menu) Thank you all!"
