Perfect house to enjoy a family holiday on the Costa Brava! Maximum capacity for 7 people. Outdoor area of 1,000 m2 with private swimming pool (9 x 4m) with views of the mountain and the sea, barbecue and spacious terraces with table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals with family. It also has parking for 2 cars. Indoor area of 120 m2 with living-dining room with TV and magnificent views, kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, gas cooker), 2 double bedrooms, 1 triple room (2 bunk beds + 1 single bed), 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower. \- Pets upon request and with a supplement of €35/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned a week later by transfer. Optional heating with a supplement: €50/week. Cala Canyelles is a beautiful cove on the Costa Brava that stands out for its clear and crystalline water. Umbrellas and sunbeds can be rented, as well as activities such as pedal boats, parasailing, water skiing and kayaking. You can also taste typical Mediterranean food such as fish and paellas in the beach restaurants. Tossa de Mar is a charming walled medieval town with a beautiful castle, excellent restaurants and lovely beaches. Conditions for groups \- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.
