Renovated, very cozy and sunny apartment on the ground floor, located 50 m. from Grifeu beach and 2 km. from the center of Llançà. It has a bedroom with a double bed, an interior bedroom with bunk beds, dining room - living room with sofa bed, open kitchen, bathroom with shower, terrace with some views of the sea and garden. Equipped with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and TV. The apartment is located in a very quiet and pleasant residential area, in a very close environment to the coast, the coastal paths and the natural parks of Cap de Creus and l'Albera. \[hidden\]
