Conveniently placed for reaching the ski shuttle bus and Cassana gondala (100-250 metres away), this 1-bedroom balcony retreat with free WiFi promises an authentic, carefree ski base in Livigno.  
  
Situated in a chalet residence where 2 further apartments can also be rented (ID 3858 and 3856), this apartment makes the ideal choice for a couple, small group of 3 and larger groups looking to stay in the same location.  
  
Inside, the 1st floor apartment enjoys a charming, restful interior. An open plan living room with single sofa bed, flat screen SAT TV and kitchen diner is accompanied by access to a small private balcony (standing/ sitting room only). A lovely double bedroom and a modern fitted shower room complete the layout of this easy-going holiday home.  
  
Guests staying also have use of a ski boot heater and ski storage facility, alongside a communal washing machine (shared by 3 apartments). The communal garden provides the perfect setting for relaxation and entertaining, with an alfresco dining set and sun parasol provided.  
  
The 2-storey chalet residence also benefits from optional garage hire (EU 50 per week).

The chalet residence is situated along ‘Via Molin’, placing guests 1 minutes’ walk from the nearest restaurant, 100 metres away from the ski shuttle bus and 250 metres away from the Cassana gondala. Also, within 5-7 minutes’ walk away, guests will find a small supermarket alongside a host of shops and amenities to complement a fun Livigno ski break. The Azzurra ski school is 5 minutes’ drive away.  
  
The year-round Italian Alps resort of Livigno boasts everything for enjoying a relaxed self-catering holiday, with the added benefit of live music venues and tax-free shopping opportunities. Offering a strong family-friendly appeal, Livigno also offers a host of leisure pursuits and activities, for all age groups.
