With two spacious bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, bathroom, and a living room all on one level, the bungalow offers a home-from-home experience for any of its guests. The property has space for two cars and comes with a private back garden which is a beautiful sun trap in the spring and summer months! Located just a short walk from two train stations, direct access to Southport, Manchester, Liverpool and Preston are available in under one hour. Burscough village offers some wonderful local pubs/restaurants/cafes and bars whilst also being home to some fantastic small businesses such as a local butchers, clothes boutique, gift shop, DIY store and bakery. Tesco and spar are also located in the village. Nestled in the beautiful countryside and amongst the Leeds to Liverpool canal, there are many walks to enjoy and lots of local wildlife too. This house is lovely and modern and spotless too! It also has a great fully enclosed garden if you have a dog. Also, what a lovely surprise to find a welcome pack filled with essentials when we arrived. The bungalow is ideally located to use as a base for visiting the surrounding towns and villages and a short walk from the canal and the shops. We would definitely recommend this property.
