Just 2 minutes walk from Liverpool One and a fabulous cafe underneath the building - ideal for breakfast (or brunch). The newly opened Duke Street Food Market is just on our doorstep and a must visit for any food lovers! Business travellers will feel at home too being super central to everything the city centre has to offer. The Space: The apartment has 2 large double bedrooms and a spacious living area which boasts a super comfy double sofa bed! There is also a fully fitted kitchen equipped with all the modern appliances needed to whip up some delicious home meals! A clean family bathroom completes the apartment. The apartment comes complete with super fast HyperOptic broadband! Please note there is a lift in the building, if for any reason the lift is out of service during your stay we cannot be held liable for any inconvenience this causes. There is currently Scaffolding on the external of the building, so some views may be restricted and the light within the apartment may be affected. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay. The Neighborhood: The apartment is in a residential building full of quiet and respectful neighbours so we ask that all our guests are the same back. Getting Around: With the apartment being so central, all attractions in the city centre are within walking distance! If guests wish to venture further afield however then there are excellent transport links nearby with Liverpool ONE Bus Station and Lime Street Station only a few minutes away. Closest secure car park : Located 1 minutes away from the apartment Price £18/ 24 hours Q-Park 44 Hanover Street Liverpool L1 4AF Other Things to Note: The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - L1 Mini Market that is about 8 minute walk. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer! The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method. The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property. The apartment is located on the 5th floor. The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge. We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. \*\*Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.\*\* Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Apr 7, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Dirty and damaged unit, short term rentals not allowed There were signs posted around the building clearly stating that short term rentals were not allowed and that guests would be asked to leave. The host told me not to worry about the signs with no further explanation. VRBO was also of no help. The unit was dirty with black mold in multiple locations. The floorboards were coming up and the mattress was stained from urine and blood. The key pickup location was about a mile away. Host was dismissive of all concerns. ##### Pat D.
