This beautiful and huge 5-bedroom apartment is ideal for family stays, friends for long-waited gatherings, and guests visiting for business purposes.
Fully equipped with an open plan kitchen/dining/living area for the group to have comfortable area to rest or whip up a hearty meal.

The Space:

If you are arriving with a car, we are also offering a parking permit for one car.
A short walk from Liverpool One shopping centre, this fantastic apartment is still within distance of so many beautiful restaurants, bars and theatres!
**Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**
Guest Access:
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.
Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.
Please note that there are four flights of stairs up to the apartment.
The Neighborhood:
The surrounding area is the quaint Georgian Quarter, with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets!
The apartment is within walking distance from The Philharmonic and Everyman Theatre. It is close to some of the best and most beautiful venues in Liverpool, such as the Florist, The Quarter, The Art School restaurant and many more!
This location is easily walkable to restaurants, and bars. Wander the neighbourhood to find traditional pubs and fine dining restaurants.
Liverpool One is a 20-minute walk. Perfect if you are planning to wander around and discover our great city! And only 6 minutes by car if preferred.
Hop on a bus (If you do not fancy the walk!) to Liverpool Waterfront and stop off at The Royal Albert Dock or The Tate. If you are a Beatlemaniac, head into Liverpool Central, where you’ll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.
Getting Around:
The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just a 4-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.
Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.
If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We have a noise sensor in the apartment that measures decibels and alerts us when the noise is above acceptable threshold.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
