The room was cleaned, the staff was amazing and the amenities were great.

Clean rooms, beautiful beach was well maintained. Facilities need updating. Outdoor water station would be a very good upgrade. A coffee bar is recommended.

Lunch and dinner buffets were very good lots of variety. Had dinner at Bahamas and Krystal specialty restaurants food was very good. Room 1411 was ok furniture was a little dated and mattress on bed was hard, had a nice view. Bar service was ok drinks were good, the one pet peeve for me was RIU’s towel policy one towel card per guess hand in card for one towel loose towel card (no we did not) and it’s a $20 charge. Overall trip was good we had a good time.

The staff at the Island House was friendly, helpful and competent. Island House property, rooms and facilities were immaculate. Impressed with the gym, fitness classes, spa, on-site restaurants and access to the Old Fort Beach club.

Room was spotless and cleaning crew checked to make sure it stayed that way twice a day. Pool and beach were very nice & relaxing. This property is a great alternative for someone that wants a more boutique experience vs. a mega-resort. Food was amazing as well!
