(181 reviews) The resort is very nice and the rooms and service in the rooms were great. We had a really bad concierge girl ( her name started with the letter A) and a really good one. For the most part we found the restaurant staff very cold and not that engaging. There were exceptions but only a few. The resort was not busy at all.
