The space  
Majestically set on 20 acres along the Shepaug River in Historic Milton is this beautifully renovated contemporary home. This one-of-a-kind quintessential Litchfield property features a long paved driveway that leads to a private, country paradise. Accented by stonewalls, pond, mature trees, the river and freshly landscaped grounds, this fine home has an unique granite exterior front and an expansive new cedar, cable-rail deck on the back that overlooks the river.  
  
The interior of the home offers 11 rooms, including 5 sun-filled, spacious bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It features a gracious reception area along with an open floor plan for today's living. Spacious new kitchen with an island, pantry, quartz counter tops and recessed lighting. Dining area with French doors that lead to the back deck, where you can enjoy the sounds and sights of the river. Great room with soaring etched stone fireplace and built-in cabinets.
