Their is a walkout balcony overlooking the street. The living room dining room is comfortable. The kitchen has a gas stove with burners, few cabinets with glasses, dishes and cutlery, fridge, and a few basics like salt, pepper, olive oil. The electric water heater looked rusty and should be replaced but there’s a microwave to heat up water. The bathroom is fine but the tub was probably the only item that needed to be scrubbed more - lifting up the bathtub mat.
