In the center of Lisbon, next to Campo dos Mártires da Pátria Garden and 5 minutes walking from the Torel Garden and less than 15 minutes walking from Avenida da Liberdade (Liberty Avenue, the most luxurious Avenue of Lisbon), is a perfect apartment to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay and to discover the city center of Lisbon. THE APARTMENT AND EQUIPMENT \- 3rd-floor apartment (with elevator), luxurious, spacious, with plenty of natural light; \- terrace with amazing views over Lisbon's rooftops, with a dining area and lounge space; \- one free parking space in the building for our guests; \- a spacious and comfortable living room, with a dining area, a lounge space and a 65-inch SMART TV (with international channels); \- Bedroom 1: suite with king-size bed, spacious wardrobes, 55-inch SMAT TV (with international channels), and a private bathroom with shower; \- Bedroom 2: bedroom with two single beds (possible to convert into a king-size bed), spacious wardrobes, and a work desk; \- Another complete bathroom with bathtub; \- Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances (stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing and drying machine, kettle, blender, juice squeezer, toaster, coffee machine - Nespresso, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer); \- safe \- air conditioning/heating in all the rooms; \- high-speed wifi in all the apartment; \- fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and first aid kit. A BABY FRIENDLY APARTMENT We like to welcome babies and children with love and affection. That's why we have all the necessary equipment so that the little ones feel very comfortable. Upon request, we can provide a travel baby bed with an extra mattress, bed linens and bath towels, high chair for meals, stroller, bathtub, A playing mat, small table and chairs, toys, books and games depending on age. FOR BABIES UP TO TWO YEARS WE OFFER THE STAY ☺ OTHER INFORMATION: \- We prepare the house with all our care, attention to detail and tailored to our guests. Everything was exactly as pictured in the photos! Very clean, bright, airy inside and wonderful big deck outside. Grocery store across the street and a bakery next door. 10 minute walk to Avenida de Liberdade. Bus stop across the street and 8 minute walk to the subway. This place had everything you could possibly want--umbrellas, clips for keeping food fresh, bags to take to the grocery store. The view from the terrace was wonderful and made for a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Bedrooms are spacious and kitchen was really well stocked. We had 4 adults but this would be a great place for families with kids too. Washer even has drying options! Groceries and restaurants near by and so convenient. Most city sights are downhill walk from the apartment so we would walk there and take Uber/Bolt back as it was pretty inexpensive. We would not hesitate to stay here again. ##### Ying C. Our family of four had a fantastic time.This apartment with the outdoor patio was absolutely amazing! Ana was very gracious and a wonderful person. She provided unbelievable information when we checked in. There was also in a binder that made it so easy for us to pick restaurants, train schedules to go site seeing to different cities and a wealth of other useful information that came in handy. Right across the street there was a grocery store which came in handy. Ana went out of her way to let me know that the maid had found eye glasses that one of us left behind, took a picture to confirm it was one of ours, which it was. It is a beautiful unit with an amazing view of the city and has everything you could possibly need. It is very modern with lots of closet space, comfortable beds and right across the street from a great grocery. The only thing better than the apartment is the host. Bruno was wonderful answering the thousands of questions I had for him prior to arrival. Then Pedro greeted us upon arrival. He showed us every feature of the apartment, brought us traditional Portuguese pastries for our arrival (they were amazing) and answered our every question. He also provided maps and tour pamphlets and spent a great deal of time telling us about the city, the best things to see and the best ways to get there. They have binders in the apartment with recommendations for anything you could want from non-touristy restaurants to coffee shops and gelato shops! During our stay, I texted Pedro a couple times and received a response each time within minutes. This apartment was amazing and the hosts were even better! I would recommend this place, or any property hosted by Courtesy Morning, to anyone! Can’t wait for our next trip back. We would not stay with anyone else in Lisbon! ##### Nancy A. I am a certified travel snob and this totally beat all expectations. The spacious deck provided a spectacular morning and evening place to relax and enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. It was well stocked and immaculate. All sites were within walking distance and the host met us at the unit and explained all of the necessary functions.
