A large furnished terrace with a magnificent view of the Spina Verde park and the city of Como in the distance. 2 double bedrooms and a complete bathroom with shower and washing machine. Living area with TV. Apt with Terrace & Garden is a flat that will welcome you with taste and simplicity. The flat has air conditioning, WI-FI internet and a private parking space in the garden.
