  • The villa is located in Santa Margherita, a three-minute drive and a 15-minute walk from the historic centre of Lipari. The villa offers a shared kitchen and free Wi-Fi. Built in the 1960s, the villa has been completely renovated and features air conditioning, a large veranda, a garden, and a parking area. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sheets and towels, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a kitchen. During your stay, you can relax on the large rooftop sun deck, where you can comfortably sunbathe on the provided lounge chairs and admire the view. You can also use the wood-fired oven and outdoor barbecue, or choose to light a small fire in the garden while enjoying the starlit sky from the large sofa. The little ones, on the other hand, can have fun playing basketball on the large open area.
    The villa is located in a quiet area where you can enjoy the surrounding nature. The villa is 2 km from the hydrofoil pier and Lipari’s main street; 2.2 km away, you can visit Lipari Castle and the large square in Marina Corta.
