Beautiful views and bears.The pools were excellent. Staff at check in and out we're not exactly friendly but at least they were mostly prepared. The broken washer created an inconvenience when our clothes got stuck and we were unable to extend check out time to adequately dry clothing but overall it was a nice stay

Great location. Excellent restaurant/bar/coffee. Loved the breakfast basket delivered each morning. Having a balcony was lovely at night.

We went our first day with no service on our room. No new towels or anything. Day 2 we specifically asked for our room to be cleaned and when we arrived back at 3:30pm, it had not been touched. My wife again spoke to the front desk and it finally got serviced. We did not have much hot water the first morning but that improved over the stay. It’s a great location and we enjoyed staying here a year ago, but I don’t think we will return next year. For the price point I expected more service.
