King Bed, Queen Bed, 2 Twins, and a pull out. Located in one of the most desirable developments, Forest Ridge offers indoor and outdoor pools, Spa, tennis court, and exercise room. Shuttle to Loon mountain during season, and easy access to cute town for dining & entertainment. The Space: Private 2 Story Townhouse with only 1 other unit for the building (Side by side, and space between for zero noise transfer). Serene porch over babbling brook, and very well outfitted kitchen and accommodations for the owner that lives there seasonally in the winter. Master Bedroom has a King bed, dedicated work space & private Bathroom. Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds and a desk. Bedroom #3 is Queen bed. The Living Room couch pulls out to bed as well. 4 TVS with tons of streaming content. Xbox in the twin bedroom. Dedicated parking for 2 cars and side yard is available to use the corn hole set. The location is superb and a stones throw from the main road. The rental itself is very nice. It is 100% true to its pictures. The house was clean and neat. It had a fully equipped kitchen which made meal prep for my family a breeze. There is a market very close by for supplies. The beds were very comfy and all slept soundly. I know this is minor but I loved that there were plenty of bedside and couch side plugs equipped with standard plugs, USB and USB-C ports. I also loved the availability of streaming on all TVs. Communication with the owner was spot on. This is a definite "must do" again! I highly recommend this property and graciously thank the owner for the attention to detail!
