The design of the barn provides optimum privacy, space and luxury for up to 8 guests, situated in Lincolnshire countryside, but only a short distance from the vibrant, bustling city of Lincoln. The traditional exterior complements the Lincolnshire landscape. The large, comfortable open-plan interior is warm and welcoming with a contemporary design and an attractive, quality finish with style and comfort in mind throughout. The kitchen is very well-stocked and has everything you need from the drinks cooler to the dishwasher and washing machine, ideal for self-catering accommodation. Gather your friends and family around the large dining table to enjoy your favourite cuisine before sinking into the luxurious 8 seater sofa and cosying up by the cracking log burner. Logs are provided for you, with underfloor heating to keep you warm during your stay too. Beyond the comfort of the main living area are four super-king size bedrooms, all of which have the option to be split into two twin beds, if you prefer. There is one bedroom located on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the first floor, each individually designed with their own en-suite facilities and wall mounted TV’s. There is also a separate utility room (with a washing machine, tumble dryer and an additional tall fridge), and a separate family bathroom with a bath tub for you to relax and unwind.
