"Les gens sont supers gentils. L'Hotel est vieille mais très propre. La senteur de parfum est vraiment intense, l'air climatiser est vraiment super bruyante. Même chose pour la piscine qui se retrouve dans une autre bâtisse. Le bruit de ventilation est tellement forte qu'il est difficile de discuter sans devoir crier. L'eau de la piscine et froide et l'eau du spa est pas super chaude."

"The gentleman at the front desk was so pleasant and friendly … he really put us all in a good mood right off the bat. The breakfast was very crowded but there were a lot of options, they kept it well stocked and you could find a seat. It was perfect to grab a quick breakfast before heading out. We didn’t have time to use them, but they did have a pool, gym and laundry with good hours. The location was super convenient and it was a good value for the price."

"InnSeason Pollard Brook is our favorite place to stay in NH. The condos are clean and well stocked with bedding, towels and kitchen stuff. The location is amazing - super close to so many fun things like hiking trails, the Pemi River, Clark’s Bears, Whale’s Tail water park, Loon, etc and not too far from Story Land (about 45 min). My kids absolutely love the indoor and outdoor pools/hot tubs."

"We stay here once or twice a year and have been very happy with this property. We bring our grandchildren and there is plenty of room for everyone. The townhouses are clean and neat and in good working order. The staff is friendly and helpful and we enjoy the pools and the game room."
