Thoughtful updates and a pet-friendly vibe, soothing Coastal decor, new flooring and updated kitchen will charm and relax you instantly. You'll find sweet little extras like a pet station near the front door and a coffee bar in the kitchen. The main-floor queen bedroom is right across the hall from a beautifully updated bath. Upstairs there's a queen bedroom and an enchanting loft for the kids, complete with futon sofa, desk, and a bookcase full of board games. Out the back door, you'll find a small fenced yard. The beach is down a set of stairs a half-block down, and you're two blocks from the nostalgic Nelscott District, where you can find a delicious breakfast, state-of-the-art coffee, the coast's biggest second-hand bookstore, Mexican food, chocolate, and more. The rest of Lincoln City is easy to access by car, and you're minutes away from lots more tourist fun in Salishan, Depoe Bay and Newport. We contacted Vrbo and they were outrageous trying to say we never paid for our trip and they couldn’t refund us until we paid which was an out right lie and then they left us on hold until they hung up on us. Overall nice property with close and easy access to the beach. Kitchen had everything you would want from dishes to pots/pans, spices and appliances. They had both a drip coffee pot with filters (bring your own grind) along with a variety of furnished K-Cups and a Keurig. Refrigerator had water and ice dispenser. There is a barbecue, but be aware it is charcoal, we did not know this and did not bring briquets.Tons of board games. Plenty of towels, bedding, TP, toiletries, dishwasher detergent, etc.There is only one shower/bathtub. The other bathroom is basically a powder room on the second floor. The shower head had limited water pressure, but that is comment with the new eco-friendly shower heads.Would totally stay here again. ##### Todd J.
