Unit 103 is a privately owned studio condo with a beautiful ocean view and a ground level patio near easy beach access. This spacious studio can sleep up to 4 with a Queen bed and full-size Murphy bed, and features a walk-in shower. Enjoy oceanfront dining with a fully stocked kitchenette boasting full sized appliances, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, and microwave. Private nearby beach access and a great central location make it easy to have an amazing vacation!  
  
The Space:  
Unit 103 is a privately owned studio condo with a beautiful ocean view and a ground level patio near easy beach access. This spacious studio can sleep up to 4 with a Queen bed and full-size Murphy bed, and features a walk-in shower. Enjoy oceanfront dining with a fully stocked kitchenette boasting full sized appliances, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, and microwave. Private nearby beach access and a great central location make it easy to have an amazing vacation!  
  
Guest Access:  
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.  
  
This is a 1st floor unit, there are 0 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Other Things to Note:  
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
