Alimaunde Court is located in Area 10; a secure and friendly neighborhood that's great for walks, and in close proximity to most embassies in Malawi. There are a variety of restaurants, bars, and cafés (Lark, Latitude, Mediterraneo, Ama Khofi, etc.) all within a 5-minute drive from this location, as well as a business center (City Center) close by.  
  
The apartment unit is attached to the main house but is located in a different wing for privacy. The space includes a private entrance, kitchen, study space, bathroom and bedroom area.
