Welcome to Jasmine Lilla, your cozy retreat in the heart of Lierna, a picturesque town located on the shores of Lake Como. Located inside a lovely small villa with private courtyard and garden, this lovely one-bedroom apartment offers comfort and convenience for your lake vacation.   
Upon entering, you'll find yourself in the inviting living room, complete with comfortable seating and dining area where you can relax and enjoy meals with your loved ones. The small but well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.   
The apartment has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, ensuring a comfortable stay for up to three guests. In addition, the sofa in the living room can be transformed into a double bed (width about 120 cm), suitable for an adult or a child.   
Stepping out onto the spacious terrace, you'll have exclusive access to an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals while breathing in the tranquil atmosphere and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.   
For additional convenience, guests have access to an additional room with a washing machine located in the underground level. Uncovered private parking is also available on the territory.   
The garden is lovingly cared for by the owners: Rosy takes care of the flowers while Enrico takes care of the chillies. Don't hesitate to try one!   
Located on a quiet street, the apartment is just a short walk from the city center, where you will find a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants. Train and ferry stations are also nearby, offering easy access to explore the surrounding area.   
Lierna is a charming village known for its calm and quiet atmosphere, with a couple of beaches where you can swim, relax or play beach volleyball. Families will appreciate the nearby playground, making it an ideal destination for all ages.   
Thanks to its strategic position on the Milan-Lecco-Varenna-Colico-Sondrio railway line, Lierna is an excellent starting point for exploring the area by public transport. The train station is a short distance from the house, offering easy connections to destinations such as Varenna, Lecco and Milan. In addition, the ferry station provides access to cities on the other side of the lake, including Bellagio, Como and Menaggio.   
Sports enthusiasts will find plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities nearby, with various hiking trails and climbing routes starting nearby. For water sports lovers, the nearby towns of Dervio and Colico are renowned for wind surfing, kite surfing and sailing.
