Cleaning service was excellent. Parking was also good, but it was off season so there weren’t too many guests. The ambience around the pool was stellar with comfortable canopies beds and places to enjoy the sun. Breakfast was provided by the neighboring restaurant, and the woman who made omelettes could not have been more un-friendly! In fact, “omelette lady” has now become code between my husband and me for a person who is not nice. Our bed was too bouncy, but the room was spacious. We had a flood from the shower into the bedroom, and the staff told us not to worry about it and that it was “normal.” That struck us as strange, but we figured it was an Italian thing.

Service really poor and unpolite staff. Restaurant managed very badly with non competent manager and food under any standard. Breakfast basic with coffee served in plastic cup. Wifi only in common area and old TVs in room my was not working. Noisy staff too. Only good aspect perfect location x ...
