From the get go Cory and Julie were very accommodating and communication was the key. Every question I had was answered promptly through a text message or a phone call. Property is very well maintained, super clean and is stocked with anything you could imagine: from pots and pans to pantry items, bug spray, cleaning products, towels, bbq grill with full gas tank, shower gel and shampoo, EVERYTHING we needed or forgot to bring with us was there. Extra blankets and pillows were not needed but they have plenty for who wants to feel super warm. They also have water toys available and lawn chairs. Internet worked great and we did not feel disconnected from the world while on vacation. I cannot stress enough how great of a time we had and how wonderful the property is and the owners are! The house has recently been renovated and is very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, etc. and beds were comfy.
