It would seem like the OFFICE would have a set of jumper cables. But, NO. Im not positive they ever understood ONE word I was saying. I am positive that I never understood one word that they said. The ROADS in that town are ALL being "worked" on. Overall? The lady running the front desk had the lobby door locked and after several knocks she let me in and wasn't the friendliest. The room itself (118) was clean but after settling in I realized there were other guests in the room- cockroaches. My assumption is the owner is trying to save money there too.
