Lovely thoughtful touches with the welcoming basket of little toys and snacks as well as some pool noodles to use in the lake. Spent lots of time on the large sandy beach, swimming & fossil/rock hunting, and met some nice neighbors. Enjoyed taking our dog for long walks & looking at the impeccable houses in the quiet neighborhood. Would recommend to anyone.
