First the lobby was lovely and clean, then we got to our floor the carpets were Black with dirt, floor smelled of meth and the yelling from multiple rooms made the one night we stayed unpleasant

Quick and easy check in after long day. Room was clean, breakfast was good, and everything was nice. Staff was nice and friendly. Only complaint was our TV maybe had a busted speaker or something wrong with sound but wasn't that serious to us. Would stay here again.

The room was great very spacious big enough for 6 guests. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. They has all that you need it on the kitchenette (dishes, cups, eating utensils, etc.). The only reason I did not give a 5 star was because the bathroom sink was dirty, it seemed liked someone had just shaved and did not clean after themselves and the shower had broken shampoo dispenser and was just left on the floor. Just recommend if you are using the pullout couch ask for additional sheets because there were non in the room. Besides that staff was super friendly and breakfast was good, the hotel was clean, and great price.

They need upgrades, and deep clean. Some things were outdated. Service was fine, pool was small from what we expected. Room was ok, it did come with dishes and utensils so that was nice. Breakfast was good. Overall was ok.

Propert was quiet, clean, and centralized located. Staff was friendly, but at times didn't take down messages given. I stayed 4 days and housekeeping didn't come was into my room to vacuum, restock towels, or take my trash out.

I loved it was as advertised. Not many places still do that so my big family enjoyed that. However, my last morning I left my room(305) and went to my other room (303) with my mother. I went to go back in my room & the keys did not work. My children were still sleeping. It took two key resets, a maintenance man, 3 elevator rides, and almost an hour later to get this issue fixed once the master key reset the door lock. This was not a good experience and when I asked if I could have a discount for the inconvenience on a future stay I was told no. I got $10.

The pool is very small, our room didn’t have a/c it was 77 degrees in our room, and 80 degrees outside, it was miserably hot, our door lock was coming away from the door, we arrived around 7:15pm at night and had to wait for a clean room, which is crazy because we were well past check in time, water was like warm at best for a shower, limited towels because they didn’t have any clean, overall terrible experience and would not recommend.

Excellent Customer Service

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. We can tell the staff goes beyond call of duty and they actually care. The hot Breakfast was very good too.
