Walk Out The Door Into Downtown Lex! This home features 5 bdrms & 3 full baths. The main bdrm w/views of the Harbor features a King Bed & private bathroom! The 2nd features a King bed as well w/its own bathroom that is shared w/the living room (two entrances). The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen-size beds w/a walk-out door to the patio! There are also 2 bdrms & a full bathroom. In the first downstairs bdrm, there are 3 queen beds! The 2nd bdrm features a full & twin-size bed that is great for kids! Dogs are welcome with an arrangement upon booking! They must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. You must request permission BEFORE making your reservation to bring your dog(s). \-Dog(s) are allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage. The dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s). Even though there were no reviews, we took chance on The Anchor House and were so delighted. This home is lovely. It’s open and sunny. The bedrooms are spacious with new beds and comfy quilts. There are lots of fluffy towels in big clean bathrooms. The large terraces in the back open directly to a park with play structures and then to the marina and the beach with perfectly clear water. Kiddie corner from this house is town!! A few steps to little shops, coffee, pizza and chocolate fudge! While very quiet inside, there are lots of opportunities for people watching, This house is wonderful for a group. We were there with children and grandchildren and loved that here were two master suites. The downstairs is completely finished with two bedrooms, a large bathroom and a huge game table. The kids could set up a monopoly game and play all week undistured. He owner was quickly responsive and easy to deal with. Sep 6, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location #### Incredible view We loved the first floor of the house and the beautiful back yard ! It is listed as five bedrooms but the two in the basement either didn’t have a window at all or didn’t have an egress window. The light in the windowless room didn’t have a proper o warhead light and was creepy. The other bedroom had wet floors every day from leaks from somewhere. The dehumidifier should have been sitting on some kind of pan to keep water off floors. We ended up with one adult daughter have cold and allergy symptoms from the dampness , plus walking around on wet carpet wasn’t great either. But the first floor was amazing. We loved the telling chairs. No steps to the hot tub so we had to go out and get a small folding stepladder to use. There was a patio chair pulled up to it that previous guests must have used and it had a hole in the seat. We didn’t know if the golf cart was part of the deal so we didn’t use it. But it looked pretty cool. We were lucky enough to have music in the part on two nights. We loved it. We might consider using it again because the location is so great but some of our family ended up sleeping elsewhere after the weird downstairs bedrooms. ##### Bruce H.
