Please be aware although parking is close to the lodges there is a short walk/pathways to the accommodation. The park only accepts dogs as a pet. We had a few issues when we arrived - we couldn’t get a signal on the TV in the lounge and it kept pixelating. We hadn’t gone away to watch TV but it was Christmas and we wanted the option. There was also strong smell of (takeaway?) food in the lodge and a few signs of wear and tear / damage to the furniture which I guess is to be expected as it was a dog friendly lodge. The level of customer service we received was excellent and Caroline and Ben did everything they could to resolve our issues. It felt like nothing was too much trouble. Aside from the issues, overall the facilities in the lodge were good - the view from the lodge was amazing.
