Easy check in, friendly owner. The kitchen is well equipped, and the overall house is comfortable. Good wifi, and a lovely tranquil spot. It’s easy to get into Levanto with its train and boat links and other facilities.

Toller Gastgeber. Paolo war sehr freundlich und stets bemüht, der Check‑in verlief reibungslos.Der Zustand des Hauses und der Einrichtungen entsprach jedoch nicht unseren Erwartungen. Bei der Ankunft war die Küche kaum gereinigt, die Spülmaschine war innen verschmutzt und funktionierte nicht. Trotz Reparaturversuchs durch Paolo konnte sie während unseres Aufenthalts nicht in Betrieb genommen werden.Auch der Komfort der Betten überzeugte uns nicht (eher harte Matratzen). Im Aussenbereich befanden sich die Gartenmöbel in einem schlechten und ungereinigten Zustand. Während der Nutzung brach ein Stuhl während dem darauf Sitzen zusammen, bei einem weiteren löste sich ein Teil des Beines. Der Holztisch war sehr instabil. Am letzten Ferientag ging zudem eine Halterung des Sonnenschirms kaputt, sodass dieser nicht mehr nutzbar war.Aufgrund dieser Umstände reisten wir einen Tag früher ab. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Lage des Hauses: ruhig, etwas abgelegen und dennoch gut erreichbar – Levanto, die Cinque Terre und weitere Orte sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Grundsätzlich hat das Haus Potenzial, aus unserer Sicht wäre jedoch mehr Investition in den Unterhalt notwendig. Das Preis‑Leistungs‑Verhältnis entsprach daher nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Sehr süßes Haus mitten in den ruhigen Bergen von Levanto. Gut ausgestattete Küche, großes wohn-Esszimmer. Ein Bad mit Klo und noch ein separates Klo. Mit dem Auto ist man in paar Minuten beim Supermarkt Sigma und in drei weiteren Minuten am Strand, wo man sein Auto bezahlt abstellen kann. Viele lokale laden zum Essen ein. Durch die Berge (Serpentinen) Gelangt man auch nach portofino, Monterosso und Vernazza. Alle drei richtig entzückend und unbedingt einen Besuch wert. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit im Haus. Leider ohne Klimaanlage bzw. Gab es ein Panel an der wand, dass wir aber nicht bedienen konnten, vielleicht wär das die Klima. Aussengerät haben wir keines gesehen. Einmal gab es ein Thema mit der poolpunpe und es kam umgehend jemand zum Beheben. Mit den Koordinaten sagen von Paulo konnten wir das Haus leicht finden. Die Parkfläche vor dem Haus ist nicht überdacht. Die Natur rundherum ist ein Traum, morgens gibt es nur Naturgeräusche, ein herrlicher Ort um sich zu erholen.
