Newly built with Large rooms and plenty of hangout space this home is perfect for family fun and company retreats! All 4 bedrooms have a master bedroom style setup with attached bathrooms! Theres lots of trails for biking, side by sides, running, motorcycles and more. We also have kayaks and paddle boards at the house for lake fun. There had been some snow the night before and the driveway is not paved so it was difficult to get up the driveway (uphill) to the house without 4WD. The owner was on a flight and we could not contact him so we were frustrated, but the moment the owner got off the flight he contacted us. He had a neighbor come and plow the driveway and then we were able to drive up to the house. There was a power outage which was beyond the owners control, but he stayed in contact with the power company until power was restored. We actually have fond memories of huddling around the gas fireplace in the dark on Christmas Eve until the power came back on. I think this would be a fun place to come back to in the summer and enjoy the lake. The home had games and plenty of room. We loved it! ##### Sylvia W. We had 6 adults and 7 boys between the ages of 4-12\. Plenty of indoor/outdoor play space. Nerf gun wars, board/card games, fun by the water, and campfires. Lots of space. Everyone felt like they could relax in quiet areas or be involved. Large gathering space for meals and games. Owner was great to communicate with.
