Sonesta Maho Beach All Inclusive Resort Casino & Spa

Oyster Bay Beach Resort

"We have stayed here before and loved it. It was a wonderful stay overall but when staying in the villas/condo there should be an easier way in/out with your car. You have to type in a number, which we were not informed of by the front desk or in the welcome package- a bell hop told us when he saw us trying to get in. The code works when it wants to. A fob/card upgrade needs to happen. Veranda restaurant was great, Infinity is not what it used to be. Staff was 99% amazing, our room was spectacular (1B), housekeeping was great, the pool, hot tub and gym are all great. There is some wear and tear visible but we didnt care. The location worked for us but if you are looking for a beach this one is not good. Take a short ride to Orient, Dawn, Pinel etc."

The Morgan Resort Spa Village

"The rooms are spacious, the balconies overlooking the pool and ocean are huge and we put it to use every day! The rooms, building and exterior areas are clean, although the shower was showing some wear and tear. The pool and pool staff were amazing. The front door staff (the staff retrieving bags, calling for transportation) were extremely helpful and nice. The food at salt was good, the staff at salt were pleasant. An ongoing issue I encountered (and other family members staying in different rooms also experienced) is with the AC unit. Regardless of the thermostat setting the room always read 65 it was freezing all the time, so much that we had to sleep in sweatshirts and sweatpants. The front staff was hit or miss depending on who you were dealing with. One day the water would not turn on in our room and in one of our family members room when reported and told the staff member at the front desk that we had a reservation and needed to shower they reluctantly accommodated my family members by allowing them to shower in an unoccupied room, however, the first room appeared to have been recently vacated and not yet cleaned. They then went to another room but were told to hurry and not use the was clothes and towels! That staff member seemed annoyed by the issue we didn’t create and bothered that they had to make a spontaneous accommodation. Other than this most of the front desk staff we pleasant. I wish they had other restaurants but there’s 2 ok places just a few steps away."

Royalton CHIC Antigua, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort – Adults Only

"So I read multiple reviews from people who visited this resort and I can honestly say that reserving the diamond club made the experience 1000% better. There was a butler who attended to our every need. They did not skip a beat. Dinner and Spa Reservations were not an issue, we sent our request to the butler and they were made for us for our full duration. I tried looking on the app to reserve dinner myself and it was fully booked. Not sure how that would have worked without a butler but if you visit having the diamond club should be the only way. The main swim up pool bar ran out of things and the staff there was rude but the diamond club swim up bar and restaurants were never an issue. Staff was always pleasant, top shelf liquor was served and was never out of stock. Diamond club pool is calm and peaceful for when you want to step away from the action and could go back to the main pool at any time. I loved it. No complaints."
