"The hotel staff was so friendly, but the smell of the sargassum was almost unbearable in certain areas. They closed the restaurants early most evenings and shut the pool bar down for 3 of the 6 days we were there. For sure a resort that isn’t catered to “off season” travelers as much as they would be during peak times. Also no beach on the property."

"Absolutely beautiful property. The staff is top tier. The room was maintained well and if I needed anything it was addressed right away. The infinity pool was perfect. Hot tub could've been a bit warmer but still it was ok. The vibe is 10/10"

"The hotel is nice and the beach is fantastic. They only clean once a week, so be prepared for that. Beach amenities are good, but they could have a few more things to do for rainy days or evenings for people who don't go to bars. Make sure you choose the room with "full ocean view" if that is what you're hoping for."
