"Staffs are friendly, room is clean , pools are a little small, buffet doesn’t have much variety , beach is amazing, the burger stand is delicious, liked the capuchino at the cafe, tried the Italian restaurant and it’s good, the tavern wings were a little dry, we didn’t get a chance to try other places since we had a short stay, but we will definitely come back. And I like the short 5min to the airport."

"Food was decent at best. Room was not ready at check in time. Room was dirty. Bed linens stained. No hot water. No resolution to the problem. Called front desk x3 via cell because no phone in room. "

"The view of the beach was amazing and the sunsets unbelievable,tue pools were vere nice as well,the rooms were ok,outdated and bathroom outdated,but not to bad to just sleep in...the food was ok they need more of a variety of diffrent foods for diffrent cultures.."

"The room was beautiful & extremely clean & the view was even better. Day 3 we noticed the staff didn’t seem super thrilled to be working/serving us. The staff at the bar outside by the pool and the girl in the cafe were excellent, however staff at the desk and in the restaurant weren’t too friendly. We also noticed day 3, they had told us they were expecting like 178 people at the resort and we definitely felt that because they ran out of food at dinner and for breakfast/lunch. Paying for all inclusive it was a real bummer. I also paid for a protection plan for my stay and when my flight got cancelled, they refused to refund me for the night we lost and then didn’t have space to accumulate us to extend our stay. Super bummed out all around, thank God the beauty outside outweighed all of this or our trip would have been ruined. "

"The room was clean, the location quiet, the pool was clean and not overly busy, and staff regularly cleaned the room and changed the towels. Although the location is hilly, the resort operates an internal shuttle bus on request. "

"Room was dark as lighting around the sink and closet areas was not sufficient to see numbers on the microwave and closet drawers items."

"I had a great overall experience at this property. The location is excellent, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious my suite was—it included a kitchen and living room, which made it feel very comfortable and elevated. The view was absolutely beautiful, and I really enjoyed the food at the on-site restaurant—it was delicious. I also spent some time at the pool area. Although I didn’t get in, it was a great place to relax and take in the scenery. There was a bit of a downside when it came to cleanliness in the bathroom. I did notice hair from a previous guest in the shower and on the floor, so I ended up doing a quick clean myself. That’s definitely an area that could use more attention. One other thing to note is that there can be a bit of a wait when calling for a taxi, so I’d recommend planning ahead if you’re on a schedule. Overall, it was a really nice stay, and I would definitely consider coming back."
