"The hotel did not have heating at night. Bedroom sheet was wet due how damp it was. We spoke to the owner multiple times, he did not bother to come and check on the heat. He complained that we left an apple and some other items at the room at the time of checkout. There was NO trash bag, trash can, or soap. "Très mauvais rapport qualité prix de la restauration: lardons industriels trop salés dans la tartiflette; crème caramel insuffisamment sucrée; pavé de viande rachitique; petit déjeuner buffet pauvre (nous aurions aimé autre chose que du jambon blanc visiblement sorti de son emballage sous vide depuis peu alors que le fromage était très bon)... tout ça pour 120 € à 3\. Nous n'avons hélas pas le pouvoir d'achat de nos amis Suisses..."

"Room was immaculate. On departure I cut my finger very badly and the receptionist had no plaster or a first aid kit and eventually found me some toilet roll. Following this we ordered a taxi to the hotel but the lift was shut causing us to have to walk down flights of stairs with blood from my finger going all over my clothes and luggage and then we missed our taxi. I await your response."
