The apartment is right on the beach with a fantastic view, many restaurants options. There is parking available. The apartment’s kitchen is well equipped, rooms air conditioned, clean, great shower. May 2, 2025 Liked: Location Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy #### Belle vue mais… La vue depuis l’appartement est magnifique avec de belles couleurs lors des couchers de soleil et il est idéalement situé, c’est en revanche les 2 seuls points positifs qui ne suffisent pas à contrer l’ensemble des points négatifs :- Le balcon est très sale et fait office de pigeonnier. Il était recouvert de fientes et les pigeons s’installaient au dessus de la kitchenette ce qui la rendait inutilisable.- Un wifi était indiqué, or il s’agissait du code wifi du restaurant d’en bas qui ne captait pas jusqu’à notre logement, nous n’avions donc pas d’accès internet comme promis.- Le studio que nous avons eu ne correspondait pas à celui des photos. C’était de toute évidence un studio du même immeuble mais celui que nous avons eu était bien plus vétuste : fenêtres qui fermaient mal donc aucune isolation phonique, pas de réels rideaux aux fenêtres (heureusement que nous avions des masques pour dormir), porte des toilettes qui ne ferme pas, porte serviette et barre de douche qui tombent etc.- Le contact Fred n’est quasiment pas joignable. Nous n’avions pas l’adresse exacte en arrivant et avons dû chercher l’immeuble via les photos et appeler le numéro visible sur l’immeuble pour que l’on puisse accéder au logement. Heureusement, les personnes des restaurants en bas nous aidaient quand on avait besoin de quelque chose.- Nous n’avions pas de serviettes de douche lorsque nous sommes arrivés, elles ont dû être livrés après notre arrivée.Un logement qui n’a donc rien d’exceptionnel ##### François P. Il y a le nécessaire pour être autonome, et les restaurants et bars ne gênent en rien sauf soirée exceptionnelle. Studio au 2ème étage avec une vue magnifique sur la baie. La petite cuisine sur la terrasse contient le nécessaire pour 2 personnes. Il y a la Clim, la télé, un frigo avec petit congélateur, 1 cafetière filtre, 1 micro ondes et un grille pains. Pas besoin de plus !Il suffit de sortir pour profiter de la plage, du snorkeling et de la vie locale de la petite rue commerçante. Par chance le grand appartement juste en dessous était libre et Fred nous a gentiment surclassés. L'endroit est magnifique, la plage juste devant, idéal pour plongées bouteille ou snorkeling avec les tortues.
