Cozy studio apartment by the sea with parking-beach, 5 Terre, hiking, tours

A small studio apartment in the attic with a private parking space 100 metres from the accommodation.
Great location for a beach vacation and for visiting the Gulf of Poets and the Cinque Terre. Marinella Beach and the municipal beach of San Terenzo are 600 metres away (a 7-minute walk). The apartment is located in a residential building with an elevator.
Just a short walk from bus stops, shops, restaurants, and bars.
FREE PARKING SPACE IN A PRIVATE PARKING LOT 100 METERS FROM THE APARTMENT.
From June 15 to August 31, a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) is in effect in San Terenzo and Lerici. I’ll need to know your car’s number plate number to allow you to drive through the ZTL in the municipality of Lerici.

The apartment is located in the residential area of San Terenzo in a modern building with an elevator (it goes up to the 4th floor; from there, you’ll need to climb a flight of stairs to the attic).
The bright attic apartment measures 35 square metres.
Living area: double sofa bed with a comfortable 21-cm memory foam mattress, TV, 6-seat dining table, 2 single beds, closet, and new air conditioner.
Kitchen area: induction cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer, 6-cup moka pot, and all necessary kitchen utensils + cleaning supplies.
In the bathroom: sit-down bathtub.
A washing machine, iron, clothesline, and hair dryer are available for guests. Bath and bed linens are available upon request.

Due to the architecture of the attic, the ceiling is quite low in many places.
If you need a crib or high chair, please let us know in advance.

SAN TERENZO.
300-500 metres from the apartment is the village of San Terenzo, which features several bakeries, pizza takeout spots, cafes, restaurants, and two supermarkets. Everything is within walking distance.

BEACHES.
The municipal beach of San Terenzo is 500 metres from the house.
Other beaches within walking distance along the waterfront:
Venere Azzurra
Baia Blu – a bay that can be reached either on foot or by public transportation.
Fiascherino – 2 beautiful little sandy beaches accessible by car or public transportation (about 5 km).
As for walks, there’s a beautiful seaside promenade between San Terenzo and Lerici.
For hiking enthusiasts, there are plenty of trails around San Terenzo, Lerici, toward Baia Blu, Fiascherino, Tellaro, the abandoned town of Barbazzano (near Tellaro), trails in Montemarcello, on Palmaria Island (Portovenere), and trails between Portovenere, Riomaggiore, and Campiglia, etc.

5 TERRE.
To visit the 5 Terre, you can take the train from La Spezia’s central station or drive there. In some villages of the Cinque Terre, parking lots are located outside the village, but you can still reach them on foot. At the La Spezia train station, there is a tourist information centre where you can purchase the Cinque Terre Card for train travel. The boats to the Cinque Terre that depart from Lerici operate from March through November.
Another very beautiful and picturesque town is Portovenere, home to the famous Church of San Pietro. You can reach it by car (22 km), by bus (departing from San Terenzo with a transfer in La Spezia on Via Garibaldi), or by boat from Lerici (operating from March through November).

Tellaro is a small and very picturesque village. You can get there by car or bus. Tellaro has a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), and there are parking lots outside the zone. Buses to Tellaro depart from Lerici.
Sarzana is a small town with a beautiful historic centre where you can find various shops, antique stores, historic pastry shops, and many restaurants serving local cuisine.
