« Hôtel confortable mais situé en zone peu intéressante. Nous y avons passé une nuit pour faire une étape. Un peu d’attente au petit déjeuner en raisons des normes liées au Covid, mais comme il fallait réserver son horaire, c’était assez bien géré. Literie confortable. »

"Cet hôtel a une note de 9,2, "merveilleux". J'ai donc réservé en confiance une chambre double (même pas une chambre "économique"), et je me suis retrouvé dans une sorte de grand cagibi sombre donnant sur une arrière-cour, bien loin des photos présentant les chambres doubles - pour 113,50 euros, tout de même. J'ai demandé à changer, mais la dame de l'accueil, fort peu aimable, ne m'a proposé qu'une mini-suite (pour le coup très bien), évidemment avec supplément conséquent. Bref, certaines chambres ont l'air nettement mieux que d'autres, pour dire ça comme ça, et l'accueil est détestable. "

"L'hôtel est placé à côté du Duomo et du Battistero. Le bâtiment est magnifique mais l'aménagement ancien de la chambre un peu austère. Les volets ne s'ouvraient pas donc un peu sombre. La chambre était grande et très confortable."
