« I was in town to attend an inspection on a house we made an offer on in nearby Becket. The Whitlock was perfect for me. It was conveniently located, in town, close to dining, and with easy parking. The inn was historic, charming, and had lots of character. It was exactly what I was looking for. There is now staff available on premises from 7 am to 10 pm. I was able to check in on site. The outer doors were locked at night. I would definitely come back. »
« The Apple Tree Inn is a lovely property. You will not enjoy it. An email came today (late October), the inn proudly announcing live music almost every night of the week. Until 1 AM! We were there in early September when there was live music only on Wednesday and Saturday though nothing was said on the inn's website. Be careful if you are offered a for pay upgrade. « Nous sommes descendus au Devonfield Inn pour une étape sur la route des bancales. C.était un excellent choix et nous regrettons de ne pas y être restés plus longtemps tellement l’accueil de Doug était sympathique.

« Beautiful stay. We booked last minute and it was amazing! We were able to book the room with jacuzzi and a fireplace—which made the whole stay so romantic. Will recommend and am planning to visit regularly. Hoping to return in the fall but definitely next spring. « We really appreciate the room which was very comfortable except maybe for the oversized pillows. I asked for a smaller one but nobody got back to me. Also I suggest that you advise your guests who are dining at your restaurant that the kitchen closes at 8 PM. We would have ordered desserts heard the person serving us that they would have to go elsewhere if they wanted dessert. »

« We loved our stay at the Stockbridge Country Inn, it felt like being at home without doing your bed and breaksfast by yourself :-) Speaking of breakfast, it was quite a treat every morning to discover what they proposed and very difficult to choose between all the good options !
