75 m2\. More information by the provider: Stylishly furnished 4-room apartment in a newer multiple family house. Quiet, idyllic location with a very impressive view. Beautiful terrace for private use. The apartment is about 1.5 km outside of the village centre.  
Beautiful holiday apartment with living/dining room, dining table for 6-8 people, sofa bed and two armchairs, satellite TV and radio, kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker. Parents' bedroom with 160\*200cm double bed, children's bedroom with 80\*200cm bed which can be pulled out to 160\*200 and children's bedroom with bunk bed and pull-out mattress 90\*190\. Bathroom with bath and toilet. The apartment has a terrace with a table, chairs and a barbecue. There is also an infrared cabin on the terrace, which can be used for a small fee. Payment in cash or by TWINT CHF 7.50 per person/use.There is a parking space for the apartment in front of the house. There is a shed in front of the house where skis or bicycles can be parked and there is a washing machine/tumble dryer combination for shared use. Public transport included in the Simmental and Saanenland with the SIMMENTAL CARD: Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region travel free of charge on public transport for excursions with a valid guest card.  
Incl. electricity, heating, parking, washing machine and tumble dryer, kitchen, bathroom and bed linen, final cleaning, Wifi and firewood.
