Lenin Museum Tours and Activities

The property has character. I stayed in a studio apartment which was comfortable but a bit dated. The food selection at the restaurants were limited and were closer to North American food. The view of the marina and central Tampere was nice.

It wasn’t obvious where the “Main Door” was but once someone pointed me at it, the app to open it as well as the apartment door was great, though it would be nice if there was a deadbolt or other security lock. I didn’t realize it was not a proper hotel but is actually a ghost hotel, with no front desk, luggage storage, restaurant, gym, services, etc. That said, the condo was really nice, spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed. The washing machine was very practical as I was mid-trip and needed to wash clothes. Plenty of dishes, coffee, and I even availed myself of the ice pack in the freezer - watch out for that sharp cupboard corner! I used the WhatsApp chat feature as I had a few questions and they were quite responsive. It’s close to the city centre and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

An apartment -style room with fridge, oven, washing machine ( no dryer) and a million channels on the telly. Handy to the trams and K Supermarket in the next street. Check in at 1600 was a pain in the arse though as there are no luggage storage facilities, so had to use a local storage place. Make it 1400 and I'll be rapt.
