Så hver gang vi skulle inn eller ut av rommet måtte vi tilkalle resepsjonisten, slik at de kunne være med opp i tredje etasje for med universalnøkkel. Fikk tilbud om å selv betale for oppgradering til rom med havutsikt, som det var mange ledige av! Dårlig service. Utvalget på frokosten var nokså lite, og ikke så veldig innbydende. Ravintolan yhteydessä oleva pub/ravintola rannassa tarjoili hyviä, joskin Norjan hintatason mukaisia annoksia. Ainut pieni miinus oli, että hotellihuoneessa ei ollut jääkaappia.
