TOP modern apartment - freshly renovated with balcony

Modern furnished apartment on the ground floor with balcony and view of Mildenstein Castle.

At the end of 2019, the small apartment was freshly renovated and completely refurbished.
There is a small dining area in the fully equipped kitchen.
The furnishings in the living room and bedroom are completely new. In addition to the double bed, there is also a comfortable sofa bed.

Mildenstein Castle is easily accessible on foot.

Kurz und gut

Vom Mittelaltermarkt auf der Burg Mildenstein, die nur wenige Schritte von der FeWo entfernt ist, waren wir sehr angetan. Zwei gute Restaurants, ebenfalls in der Nähe, sind den Besuch wert. Die FeWo hat ihren Zweck bestens erfüllt. Service vor Ort und Telefonkontakt mit dem Eigentümer ist einwandfrei.

Wunderbarer Blick

Haben insgesamt 5 Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Sehr sauber und vernünftig ausgestattet. Bett ist etwas weich ( persönliche Empfindung). Die direkte Umgebung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürtig, hat der Vermieter aber nicht zu vertreten. Der Blick auf die Burg entschädigt allerdings für vieles. Insgesamt, auch wegen des Preises unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Preisleistung eigentlich OK. Aber.....

Recht schöne kleine Wohnung, aber..... Positiv war, das die Küche recht neu ist und die Wohnung einen Balkon hat. Das Bad hat einen schönen Spiegel. Im Wohn- Schlafbereich seht ein neuer Schrank. Das war es. Negativ ist: In der ganzen Wohnung ist nicht sauber gemacht worden. Spinnen -Spinnweben und Ungeziefer, Boden ist dreckig. Laminat im Flur auseinander, offene Stellen. Im Bad ist der Wasserhahn los, nach mehrmaligem betätigen ist er dann abgegangen. Gläser waren auch nicht sauber. Im Woh-Schlafbereich ist ein dreckiges Kuhfell, ein schmales sehr niedriges, knarrendes Bett. Am TV gehen etliche private Sender nicht. Vor der Wohnung steht eine Laterne, wodurch es in der Nacht recht hell ist. Gardinen sind da auch keine Hilfe, da diese ca. 20 cm. zu kurz sind. Parken vor dem Haus ist fast unmöglich, da die wenigen Parkplätze belegt sind. Es ist eigentlich schade das man vor der Vermietung diese nicht richtig sauber gemacht hat, da diese Wohnung eigentlich Potenzial hat. Da wir Verwandte besucht haben, waren wir „ NUR „ zum schlafen da. Wir kommen wieder nach Leisnig, aber nicht in diese Wohnung.
